We will create a sanctuary where your sensitivity is honored as data, not a defect. Our work integrates deep relational healing with practical tools to rewire old patterns.

  • Our therapeutic relationship becomes a model for secure attachment. Through psychodynamic and attachment-focused therapy, we’ll explore early wounds and create new experiences of being seen and valued for your authentic self.

  • Using parts work (IFS), we’ll gently identify and unburden the "performer," the "critic," and the wounded younger parts holding trauma, allowing your innate confidence and compassion to lead.

  • We’ll use Brainspotting and somatic techniques to process the trapped anxiety and trauma in your body, moving you out of chronic "fight/flight/freeze/appease” and into a grounded state of safety.

  • We’ll use CBT and narrative therapy to challenge the core beliefs of unworthiness, build assertive communication, and practice setting boundaries that honor your energy and truth.
